Julie Brock
I am Head of Faculty for our Foundation Programme which includes Princess Christian Farm. I have overall responsibility for students and staff.
Mandy Hutchings
My name is Mandy Hutchings. I am the Team Leader at Princess Christian's Farm, responsible for ensuring the students are able to access a wide range of learning opportunities. In addition to this I support and manage the team.
Clair Kent
My name is Clair Kent and I have worked at the farm since June 2004.
Alan Dray
My name is Alan Dray and I have worked at PCF since 2002 supporting students working on the farm.
Kay Luker
My name is Kay Luker and I have worked at Princess Christian's Farm since November 2003
Kate Vincent
My name is Kate Vincent; I have worked as a Student Development Facilitator at Princess Christian's Farm since March 2010. I support students to participate in different activities at the farm in the poultry, piggery and retail areas.
Matt Greer
My name is Matthew Greer and I am the assistant Farm Manager at Hadlow College based at Princess Christian's Farm.
As an ex-student of Hadlow College, I understand the needs perfectly for the students to further their learning in and out of the classroom, and having been part of the farming industry for 15 years, have the skills to pass on my knowledge to our next generation.
Ashley Smith
I have worked as a Student Development Facilitator at Princess Christian's Farm since January 2012. I work helping students with pigs and poultry, horticulture and carpentry. What I love most about my job is that it gives me the opportunity to work alongside lots of different people, who work as a team to make the farm a success.

I have been the Pig Stockperson at Princess Christian's Farm since 2011. I mainly work with the pigs but often go and help with other tasks around the farm.
