Written by the British Dog Groomers’ Association, in conjunction with the Pet Care Trust and National Proficiency Training Council, this course covers the key principles in greater depth. Throughout the theory and practical sessions you will cover health and safety; the handling of dogs; bathing and drying techniques; preparing dogs for styling and the correct selection of shampoo and equipment as well as the general working environment.
Entry Requirements A Level 1 qualification and/or previous experience.
