Formerly known as an NVQ, this course is aimed at students who have industry experience. Throughout this course there is the opportunity for you to specialise in the area within which you are working to develop your practical skills in animal care and build on the background knowledge you possess. As part of this course you will learn about a range of health and safety issues. Training will take place in the workplace at a suitable time arranged with the assessor.
Entry Requirements Students must be employed or in a 1 year work placement within the industry. You will undertake an initial assessment to determine your starting level.
