Graduates of this programme benefit from a sound knowledge base and well balanced range of scientific, technical and management skills. Focused around sustainable land management for leisure, recreation, amenity and landscape conservation, throughout this programme you will gain an understanding of environmental assessment impacts and the process of mitigation. Upon completion, you will be able to apply the knowledge gained and examine on a strategic level the management and conservation of amenities within both the urban and rural environments.

Entry Requirements

160 UCAS points: 2 A levels at Grade C or above or a National Diploma at PMM or equivalent in appropriate subjects.

Additional Experience
Applications from mature students without the standard entry qualifications, or who are working in the industry, are warmly welcomed.

Progression Routes
Successful students may progress onto a related MSc or PhD programme. Alternatively, students may pursue a career with public or private sector organisations such as environmental consultancies, conservation trusts, local authority landscape departments and private companies.
