At Hadlow College we are committed to the achievement of equality and diversity for everyone. It is our aim to always provide an inclusive working and learning environment where students and staff are fully respected and supported.
This commitment is explored further in our three Equality Schemes and the Equality and Diversity Report 2010-2011 which sets out the steps we have taken and will take to
- eliminate unlawful discrimination
- ensure equality of opportunity
- foster good relationships between those with a protected characteristics and other groups.
