Facilities at hadlow
Broadview Gardens and Garden Centre
This comprises 10 acres of public gardens designed and built by Hadlow students and staff, as well as a local produce shop, tearoom and commercial garden centre.
Garden Design Studio
Inspiring creativity, the studio overlooks the landscaped surroundings of Broadview Gardens and incorporates a gallery and lecture theatre.
Equine Centre
Listed in the London 2012 training guide, the yard has 2 international size indoor arenas, outdoor arenas extensive stabling facilities and a cross country course.
Faulkners Farm
Home to the College flock and lambing sheds, the farm comprises 150 acres of paddock for grazing animals. It also plays host to the animal management centre.
Dairy
Operating as a commercial business, the farm is home to an award-winning herd of 120 dairy cows, over 300 sheep, beef cattle and 150 hectares of arable crops.
Animal Management Unit
Housing over 200 exotic species, including aquatics, invertebrates, reptiles and small mammals as well as aviaries and arctic foxes, it also comprises a dog grooming studio and professional standard veterinary examination rooms.
Fisheries Hatchery
This state of the art hatchery enables students to learn about the different methods of fish production.
Machinery Workshop
A dedicated facility for the repair, maintenance and restoration of equipment. Here students learn how to care for the machinery they will encounter throughout their working life.
Sports Field
These rugby and football pitches play host to competitive fixtures on a Wednesday afternoon, as well as providing an area for the more relaxed kick-around.
Student Accommodation
Providing rooms for 160 students, the student village is handily located at the heart of the campus.
Court Lane
The horticulture facilities include a 1.3 hectare glasshouse complex for commercial nursery production, a fruit production unit, medicinal gardens and field production facilities.
