Schools 14-19 Schools Programme
Designed for pupils currently at school in Year 10 or Year 11, these courses involve the pupil studying at the College for one day per week over either a year or two year period.
Throughout the course we work closely with the school and, our experience shows, that students who study vocational subjects alongside their normal subjects see a greater relevance to the academic work which ultimately supports them at school.
There are a number of benefits to the in pupils being part of this dedicated schools programme, not least the fact that they can gain confidence through building practical skills in new areas. In addition, the extra qualification will complement their GCSEs and secure a smoother progression route into further education or employment.
