The care and welfare of both domestic and exotic animals has
never been more important. By taking a course at Hadlow College you could take part in the growth of this industry and be responsible for caring for a variety of species.

You will benefit from highly practical training using our purpose-built animal management facilities which house a range of aquatics, reptiles, invertebrates and small ammals.

In total we have in excess of 120 species. The emphasis will be ongiving you hands-on experience with duties that encourage you to be actively involved in the animals’ welfare as well as providing background theory relating to animal biology, conservation and behaviour.

At the end of your time with us you should be equipped to work in a variety of different places, from animal rescue centres to pet shops and veterinary surgeries.
