Applying for a Job

If you've found your perfect job and want to work for us, there are a couple of steps to complete first.

Application

If you’d like to apply for an advertised vacancy please complete an application form and then return it to us before the given deadline.  The ‘supporting statement' is a great opportunity for you to tell us why you feel you’re suitable for the role and how you match up with the competencies in the personal specification. We’ll use this information for short-listing candidates for interviews so please give it your best shot.  Candidates applying under the two ticks disability scheme, who meet the minimum essential requirements of the role they have applied for, will be guaranteed an interview.

We use a number of assessment methods to give you the chance to demonstrate your skills and suitability for a particular role. As well as an interview the types of activities you can expect include presentations, written papers and on-the-job exercises.

If you’re offered a job, before you start working with us the following checks will take place:

  • checks on your identity
  • an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
  • Previous references
