The sun shone and the horses were immaculately turned out. There were six competition classes: Novice/Dressage, Condition & Turnout, Assisted Whip, Novice Whip and Novice Cones, with an Overall Group Winner announced at the end.

Carriage Driving has been an important part of the RDA since 1975 and there are now around 65 groups involved across the UK, giving opportunities to over 1000 drivers. RDA Carriage Driving is open to all members of RDA and is particularly useful for people who can no longer ride due to disability or prefer a different kind of challenge.

Thanks to our team and all the stewards who worked very hard to make the day a huge success. Congratulations to all those who competed and we hope to have you back next year!
