Jenny has been passionate about all things equine from a very young age, and has pursued this through an academic career in equine science. Following a Masters degree, she undertook doctoral research in the immunology of equine pregnancy at Aberystwyth University and Cornell Veterinary School.
Alongside this she also presented at various conferences and supervised a number student projects.
Jenny has also enjoyed roles within the equine industry, in the retail sector and as a groom.
