Level 2 NCFE Award in Creative Craft - Floristry

Hadlow Campus

Ideal for students who have studied floristry previously and wish to learn a range of practical floristry skills, this course will help you explore some new terms and evolving concepts. Throughout the course you will look at different practical projects – decorative, vegetative, form-linear and structures – and be encouraged to analyse and apply basic European design schemes.

Students will need to create a final portfolio, as well as provide their own flowers, sundries and bring their floristry toolbox.

Typical employers include department stores, high street florists, supermarket chains or self employed as a freelance florist or shop owner.

Students benefit from close links with local florists and wholesalers. The College is also an active member of the British Florist Association.

Please note that all programme specifications and course modules are subject to annual change.
