We are seeking a number of self-motivated and reliable Assistants to work on a regular basis (inclusive of some weekends) at Princess Christian’s Farm, Hildenborough.  The role is specifically to support adults with learning difficulties and disabilities access a variety of vocational areas around the farm, these areas include retail, catering, horticulture, agriculture and animal care and this post is all year round not term time only.

Experience of working with individuals with learning difficulties would be an advantage but support will be provided.  The ability to communicate effectively, work in a team and independently is essential.
