Salary: £22,392 to £27,336 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Locations: Tonbridge and Hadlow
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide support and guidance to managers through a range of people management processes; this will require an excellent knowledge of up to date employment legislation along with a proven track record in supporting a variety of employee relations casework. The role will also include interviewing and supporting the recruitment function in accordance with safer recruitment practices. Prior knowledge safer recruitment would be advantageous but is not essential as training will be provided.
The successful candidate will need experience of working in a busy HR team within a similar position. To perform this role successfully you must be a team player, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills along with the ability to multi-task and guide/ empower managers through employee relations casework.
Candidates applying must hold a level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience. In addition, a minimum level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in both literacy and numeracy is required along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Please note that this role is for a fixed term period only of up to one year, due to maternity leave within the team.

You will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and to provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
