We are looking to recruit an experienced administrator to work with the Group Registry Manager and provide support across a wide range of registry and office processes. Key functions include; data entry, enrolment of FE and HE learners, confirming attendance for release of loan payments and general administration duties.
You will lead the administration of the enrolment process, ensuring processes are followed in an efficient and timely manner, updating student records accordingly and together with this you will provide technical support in relation to Student Loan Company funding and tuition fee loans.
You must be a self-starter with significant experience of working in a customer-facing administrative role, preferably within an educational environment, you will have experience of using IT and databases, fast and accurate keyboard skills using Microsoft packages, the ability to work as part of a team, good written, oral and numeracy skills and the ability to work orderly and systematically to achieve high levels of accuracy.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
