With a 1,000-acre estate just three miles from Tonbridge on the main A26, Hadlow College can offer something completely different for your event, whatever it may be. As a unique venue, we cater for all types of businesses and design a complete package, ensuring your event is a success.
Located across the campus, our meeting rooms offer space for up to 14 people.
Located throughout the campus, all our classrooms are equipped with data projectors to allow for professional presentations for up to 40 people. They are available for meetings and training sessions.
Situated on the ground floor of the beautiful Garrad House, the boardroom offers a sophisticated option for your meeting venue. Equipped with a data projector, screen and flipchart, it is a perfect setting for your next important meeting.
This modern lecture theatre within the Animal Management Unit (accessible through the main campus, or off of Ashes Lane, Hadlow) has a capacity of 150 people and state-of-the-art facilities.
Suitable for meetings and training sessions, our computer rooms come equipped with a PC on each desk and a data projector.
We possess excellent indoor and outdoor riding facilities which are inter-connected, irrigated, illuminated and come complete with a public address system. The largest arena benefits from a heating gallery and seating area.
The two indoor schools, one measuring 60m x 35m and another 60m x 20m, have well-maintained all weather surfaces which are suitable for training and competing horses to the highest level. In addition, we have one large, all weather riding arena (measuring 40m x 50m).
Our cross-country course, which is run over permanent pasture around the edges of the estate, includes a variety of fences, corners, coffins, water-jumps and ditches. In addition, we have an area suitable for training novice horses over fences and jumps.
Other facilities include: a horse walker; stocks; a weighbridge a high-speed treadmill complete with gait analysis and heart-rate monitors and a full set of BSJA show jumps and jumping lane for jumping through grids.
Garden Design Studio
Our glass walled Garden Design Studio, with views out over Broadview Gardens, represents a venue with a difference, either for a large party, a small trade event, product launch or functions such as wedding receptions and garden parties. Within its area is a grassed area, suitable for outdoor tables in the summer.
With eight acres available our sports ground makes the perfect venue to hold your outdoor event. Excellently maintained by our dedicated groundsmen, we regularly host sporting events, festivals, country fairs and many other outdoor events throughout the year.
Broadview Tea Room
Overlooking Broadview Gardens, our tea room contains a private function room at the rear, which can be booked for private parties, discreet meetings, or family gatherings. Using locally sourced ingredients, the menu includes breakfast, light snacks, sandwiches and afternoon tea.
Our modern accommodation at Grove Farm, approximately two-and-a-half miles from the main College campus, comprises 55 en-suite rooms and is available for hire outside of term-time during the College holidays.
All of the accommodation has with ample free parking and is arranged as follows:
- Oast Building: 18 bedrooms
- Barn Building: 9 bedrooms
- Stables Building: 18 bedrooms
- Cottages Building: 10 bedrooms
Each of the buildings contains the following:
- Bedding (please note that towels are not included)
- A kitchen/diner with an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster
- Vacuum cleaner and iron with an ironing board
- A television in the comunal lounge
- Limited internet access (arrangements to be made with the College IT department)
If you require cookware, crockery and cutlery, these can be provided at the time of your booking.
For larger parties, accommodation is available on the main College campus, with 160 rooms across different blocks.
