Now in its sixth year, the Future Florists competition continues to seek out and reward the very best students from floristry schools and colleges across the UK. Louise was up against entrants from the Academy of Floristry, Merrist Wood and Capel Manor College, amongst others, in the timed competition, which allowed for six hours assembly time for the elaborate floral creations.

In celebration of the newly-named Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, this year’s theme was ‘Festival’, with students tasked with creating a headdress design fit for the most illustrious festival celebration. Louise's design was a floral interpretation of King Neptune's headdress.
