How do I enrol at NKC Hadlow College?

During the main enrolment (late August to early September). During enrolment, you'll complete the steps needed to officially become a student at NKC Hadlow College.

What happens during enrolment?

  1. Meet your tutor and other students: You will meet your tutor and other students on our course. Based on your GCSE results, we will confirm that you are enrolled onto the correct level. You will also receive your timetable and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
  2. Complete your enrolment: You will fill in enrolment forms and receive information, including term dates.
  3. Student record setup: Your details will be added to the NKC Hadlow College student system.
  4. Pay any course fees: If your course has fees, you will need to pay these at enrolment. If you require financial support, you should complete a Student Financial Support form prior to enrolment.
  5. Receive your student ID card: You will have your photo taken for your college ID card. This card is used to access buildings, learning resources and printing facilities, and must be carried with you at all times.
