Can I apply if I have an Education Health and Care Plans (EHCP)?
We welcome students that have an Education Health & Care Plan (EHCP) to apply to NKC Hadlow College; however, a formal consultation by their home local authority must take place prior to admission in line with the legal requirements of the Children & Families Act 2014. Students who would like to apply to the college and have an Education Health and Care Plan (EHC plan) will need to inform the SEND team at their Local Authority. A formal consultation will then be sent to the College.
